Coliseum K.O. - Senior Visual Designer
Established and championed a repeatable set breakdown process through a one-sheet I had previously developed. At the request of Art Direction, I brought this process into the project, and it has since continued to be used for each subsequent set release.
Owned and led the set mechanic, providing design direction and helping maintain consistency and quality across the set.
Cross-disciplinary design resource, providing feedback and guidance to Illustration, Motion Graphics, VFX, and external outsourcing partners.
Ownership of project transition when I moved onto an R&D initiative, I created new documentation and updated existing resources to capture key processes, decisions, and context.
Role as a Senior Visual Designer
During my time a Senior Visual Designer on Teamfight Tactics, I expertly took wireframes created by UX Designers and craft visually compelling mockups through iterative design processes. Ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder approval. I demonstrated a thorough understanding of the visual design across various states, as well as the nuances of design for both PC and mobile platforms. I owned most if not all major features that I worked on. Both in and in the around game spaces. Including shipping new features such as Item bench improvements during Arcane season 2 activation event and the initial launch of Treasure Realms. These were accomplished along with completing feature work for in game as the primary visual designer until K.O. Coleseum. Working on a game with established UI, I understand the importance of reusing existing assets and only introducing new elements when necessary, resulting in a cohesive experience. I also collaborate with outsourcing teams, effectively setting up templates, providing clear and directional feedback, and ensuring that the final product meets our quality standards.
